Where a whole palm leaf is crisp and graphic, Khejur Sikha is soft and loose. The date palm frond is split into fine, hair-like strands that spray out from the central rib, giving each piece a fluffy, plume-shaped outline with plenty of movement.
This is the natural version, left undyed and unbleached. The photograph shows two plumes on a dark background in a muted greige, somewhere between light beige, stone and pale sage, with the rib just visible through the strands. Towards the base the strands fall outward in arcs, while the tip narrows to a slender point.
The earthy tone suits rustic and Scandinavian-style interiors and blends easily with dried grasses, lagurus, cotton stems and wheat. In larger arrangements it fills space without adding weight, and a few plumes in a stoneware jug make a simple, natural display.

These are natural characteristics of handmade and botanical products, not defects; shade, size and grade are confirmed on sample approval.
