Can you match an exact colour?
Natural materials absorb dye individually, so an exact match on every piece is not possible. We dye to your reference and you approve the shade on a sample; production is then matched to the approved sample within natural variation.
Is there a minimum quantity for custom work?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, the customisation and the packing. They are confirmed in your quotation.
Do samples cost extra?
Sample availability, any charges and courier arrangements are confirmed for each request.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes. Private-label packing is available on request. Share your artwork, barcodes and labelling requirements with your brief.
How long does development take?
Timelines depend on the product, the number of sample rounds and the order size. They are agreed with you during quotation.
Will our designs and references stay confidential?
References, artwork and briefs you share are used only to develop and supply your products.
