Exporting with us

One Team, Enquiry to Delivery

Floral Mongers prepares your products; International Mongers, our export partner in Kolkata, handles commercial quotations, export documentation and logistics coordination. You deal with one team throughout.

Dried botanicals and sola flowers are plant-based and often fragile, so export planning starts with the product: how it is packed, how it is protected from humidity, and which documents your destination requires.

Destination considerations

Plan for Your Market

  • Plant-health rules. Some countries require a phytosanitary certificate or treatment for dried plant material; others exempt fully processed, bleached or dyed goods. Australia and New Zealand apply particularly strict biosecurity checks.
  • Classification. Dried flowers are commonly classified under HS heading 0603 and dried foliage and grasses under 0604; handcrafted items such as sola flowers may be classified differently. Your customs broker confirms the code.
  • Wooden packaging. Wooden pallets and crates must meet ISPM 15 (treated and marked); cartons on plastic pallets or loose-loaded avoid this requirement.
  • Labelling. Retail markets may require origin marking, importer details or local-language labels.
