Small five-point stars shaped from lata (vine) and tightly wrapped in fine strands give HM02 a crafted, textured surface, while a metallic copper finish adds a warm shimmer that catches the light. At one point of each star, a twisted vine loop forms the ring.
In the image the stars are shown joined ring-to-ring in a loose chain, which illustrates how they can be linked into a garland or hung individually from their loops. The points are slightly uneven and hand-formed, and the wrapping shows fine cross-hatched lines across the face of each star.
