The peepal leaf is instantly recognisable by its heart shape and long, tapering drip tip. In Skeleton Peepal Net the leaf’s soft tissue is removed to leave only the fine network of veins, so each leaf becomes a light, see-through net.
This version, LE17, is dyed in vivid yellow, hot pink and orange and mounted on thin wooden sticks. The photograph shows a large spread of leaves, fanned out like petals, with their sticks tied together in small bunches with thread at the base. The colours glow where light passes through the veins.
The bright palette suits festive décor, Holi and Diwali displays, children’s craft kits and cheerful gift packaging. Florists use the stick-mounted leaves as colourful picks in bouquets, and makers use them for cards, lanterns, mobiles and wall art.
For a softer look, the same leaf is available unmounted in white as LE18. Floral Mongers can pack either in single colours or in mixed assortments.

Applications
- Festive, Holi and Diwali décor
- Colourful picks in bouquets
- Children’s craft and DIY kits
- Greeting cards, lanterns and mobiles
- Gift packaging and hamper toppers
- Wall art and collage panels
- Retail colour-mix bunches
Natural variation
Each leaf is a real peepal leaf, so size, outline and the length of the drip tip vary, and the dye can take slightly stronger or lighter on different leaves within one colour. These are natural characteristics of handmade and botanical products, not defects; shade, size and grade are confirmed on sample approval.
Care & storage
- Keep dry; moisture can soften the net and cause dye to bleed
- Store away from direct sunlight to limit fading
- Handle by the stick — the vein net tears if pinched
- Dust gently with a cool air blower
