Palm Det Net is the fibrous sheath that wraps the base of a palm frond, dried and flattened into broad, pliable sheets. The photograph shows several pieces in a warm terracotta to reddish-brown shade. Across most of the surface the material is smooth and leathery, but towards the edges it opens into a crisscross mesh of fine fibres that looks almost hand-woven.
That natural net effect is the reason designers choose it. The sheets can be cut, folded and layered to wrap vases and pots, line baskets and hampers, form backgrounds for wall art, or create shades and panels in boho and tropical interiors. Florists wrap bouquet stems with it for an earthy finish, and packaging designers use it as a natural gift wrap.
Floral Mongers supplies Palm Det Net as flat sheets for craft suppliers, décor manufacturers and florists seeking natural decorative materials. Pieces are stacked flat and interleaved so the mesh edges do not tear or tangle during transit.

- Store flat in a dry place away from humidity
