Pepe Cone looks more like weathered driftwood than a typical cone. The pieces are curved, hollow woody tubes, some gently bent and others twisting into hook or S shapes, with small pits and grooves running along their length. As pictured, they carry a pale bleached-white finish with soft beige undertones, and the open ends show the hollow, fibrous core.
That sculptural, bone-white character suits coastal, Scandinavian and minimalist styling. In potpourri the curves add linear movement among rounded pods, while larger pieces stand on their own in bowls, lanterns and glass vases. Craft makers use them for driftwood-style wall hangings, candle surrounds and beach-themed displays, and the porous surface takes tint or fragrance oils readily.
