Saturated colour is the point of SO102. The lotus-style heads come in an electric cobalt blue, a deep violet and a warm orange, and the dye is strong enough that the fibrous grain of the sola pith stands out as fine streaks across each petal.
Each flower is cupped and compact: broad, spoon-shaped petals with rounded tips stand upright in overlapping rings, so the bloom looks like a lotus just starting to open. The heads are fixed to straight, pale natural wooden sticks, with a small collar visible where flower meets stick, and the plain wood makes a clean contrast with the vivid petals.
Straight sticks make SO102 especially practical for reed diffusers, where the sola head absorbs and releases fragrance oil, and for pushing into foam, pots or vases without extra wiring. The blue-and-orange pairing stands out in contemporary interiors and on café tables, while the lotus form suits Diwali, puja, yoga studios and wellness spaces. Mixed with natural sola lotus, it adds a pop of colour to neutral arrangements.
Floral Mongers supplies SO102 in single-colour or assorted bundles for diffuser brands, décor wholesalers and export buyers; stick length and type are available on request.

Natural variation
Dye uptake depends on the density of each piece of pith, so the depth of blue, violet or orange and the visibility of the grain vary slightly from flower to flower. The curl of the handmade petals differs a little too, and the natural wooden sticks may show minor grain and tone differences. These are natural characteristics of handmade and botanical products, not defects; shade, size and grade are confirmed on sample approval.
Care & storage
- Keep dry; damp petals may transfer dye
- Keep out of strong sunlight to hold the vivid colours
- Hold by the stick rather than the flower head
- In diffusers, allow the head to absorb oil gradually and avoid soaking
- Dust with a soft brush or cool air
- Unpack promptly on arrival and let the pieces air in a dry room; avoid storing in sealed, humid packaging
