Wide, spear-tipped petals give the Ginia a bold star silhouette. SO17 has two tiers of them, the upper ring offset against the lower so the tips alternate around the edge. Each petal is gently cupped, with a soft ridge down the centre and fine fibre lines running from base to point, so the white surface has quiet movement in it.
In the middle, a round cushion of short, fringed sola strips spirals inward. These strips are a light beige, a shade warmer than the petals, giving a soft tonal contrast rather than a sharp one. From the side, as the product images show, the flower sits relatively low and open, with the petals flaring outward; the back is finished with a neat coiled base.
Ginia is the trade name under which this design is made, and SO17 is handcrafted in India from natural sola (shola) pith. Its large, flat face makes it a strong single bloom for diffuser bottles, gift toppers and wall or frame décor, and it pairs well with the rounder Sola Lotus and Sola Dalia in mixed boxes.

The pointed petals are cut and shaped by hand, so their width, curve and the alignment of the two tiers differ slightly between flowers. The beige centre and ivory petals may also show natural tonal shifts from batch to batch. These are natural characteristics of handmade and botanical products, not defects; shade, size and grade are confirmed on sample approval.
